Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice on all cancellations. You are responsible for the cost of the room if less than 24 hour’s notice is given.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Privacy Policy
All revelations and discussion that occur during a session are private and confidential between Becca and the client. Client information will not be shared with anyone in any form without written consent.
Cellphones
Cellphones should be turned to airplane mode or off.
Babies
Mothers can hold their babies during a session, particularly newborns
